Screen printed on .030" Matte White Plastic or .020" Glossy White Rigid Vinyl. Your choice of any of our standard colors.

Art Preparation: No set-up charge if MAC-compatible disk is supplied (DO NOT SUPPLY FILM). Add $48.00 (C) if no photo scan is needed but typesetting/imprint set-up is required. Additional colors will be built using four-color process (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black).
Back Printing: We will print on the second side of the membership card for a set up fee of $15 (net). Each color printed on the second side is priced as an additional color.
Consecutive Numbering: 7/32" numbering is available and is priced separately from printing. Please specify beginning and ending number when ordering. See instant quote.
Numbering Sequence Change: We can change the numbering sequence.
Color Match: Available.
Copy Changes: Copy changes are available. Size and colors must remain the same on the entire order. Each change must be in multiples of 250.
