Screen-Printed Roll Labels
Screen-printed Roll Labels are normally supplied with permanent, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. Temporary adhesive is available at no additional charge, please specify. For face adhesive decals, Transparent Polyester must be used. Remember: White is a color on Transparent decals. Choose any of our standard colors for imprinting. Decals are furnished on a roll in quantities of 500 or 1000.
Production Time: Approximately 12 working days.Four-Color Process: Four-color process is available - call or write for pricing.
Color/Copy Changes: Color/Copy changes are available. Material must be the same on the entire order. You cannot combine imprint color and copy changes on the same order. Each change must be in multiples of 1000.
Copy/Color changes are not available on Four-Color Process orders.
Overlamination
Pre-Masking: Call or write for pricing.
Butt-Cut: Butt-cut is available beginning at 1" x 1" and in increments of 1/2" at no additional charge. Butt-Cut labels cannot bleed and require a 1/8" border.
Die Cutting: No additional charge for circle decals every 1/2" diameter starting at 1". For all other shapes, including square corner decals, add:
